An 8″ skillet cookie is made to share. Cut it into 6–8 generous wedges — enough for the whole table, or just enough for a very good evening.
Reheat before serving
Cookies travel best at room temperature. A quick 20–30 seconds in the microwave or 5 minutes in a low oven brings them right back to gooey.

Vanilla ice cream is not optional. The cold scoop melting into a warm, gooey centre is the whole point. It turns a great cookie into an unforgettable one.

Hi, I’m Sana and Mostly Round started the way most good things do — in a home kitchen, on a quiet afternoon, with too much butter and nowhere to be.
I’d been experimenting with skillet cookies for a while, trying to get that perfect balance: a crackly top, a gooey centre, and that deep butterscotch warmth that makes you close your eyes on the first bite. When I finally nailed it, I started sharing them with friends and family — and the requests kept coming.
Everything is baked to order, in small batches, right here in DHA. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just real ingredients and a very hot skillet.
